\u00e0 Rohan. Apr\u00e8s avoir retrac\u00e9 l&rsquo;histoire de la soci\u00e9t\u00e9, Mme Le Roy, g\u00e9rante, nous a pr\u00e9sent\u00e9 l&rsquo;histoire de la soci\u00e9t\u00e9 qui emploie 24 personnes en CDI. La SARL Roc&rsquo;Han Maille fabrique et commercialise des v\u00eatements \u00e0 mailles pour hommes et femmes. Elle produit environ 23000 pi\u00e8ces par an avec des produits phares comme le pull marin en 100 % laine et r\u00e9alise 60 % de son chiffre d&rsquo;affaires avec la Su\u00e8de. Nous avons \u00e9t\u00e9 ravis de parcourir les diff\u00e9rents ateliers en commen\u00e7ant par le bureau de cr\u00e9ation des collections. Nous avons encha\u00een\u00e9 avec les ateliers de tricotage et nous avons \u00e9t\u00e9 impressionn\u00e9s par les m\u00e9tiers \u00e0 tricoter qui exigent une programmation tr\u00e8s pr\u00e9cise. Nous nous sommes ensuite rendus aux ateliers repassage puis coupe, confection et exp\u00e9dition. Nous avons termin\u00e9 notre visite par les locaux de stockage des mati\u00e8res premi\u00e8res et des produits finis. Nous avons \u00e9galement pos\u00e9 des questions sur les qualifications et les dipl\u00f4mes requis et nous avons constat\u00e9 que le BAC PRO \u00ab\u00a0m\u00e9tiers de la mode\u00a0\u00bb est particuli\u00e8rement appr\u00e9ci\u00e9 dans l&rsquo;entreprise.
